DBFSC.com

The business is very simple and includes 6 rare domain names.

i8w.com - 3 character .com
zrhp.com - 4 letter .com
fqbq.com - 4 letter .com
uxvg.com - 4 letter .com
keboa.com - 5 letter .com
dbfsc.com - 5 letter .com + Google page rank 3 website - work in progress.

Much like the real estate and stock market, I find and buy rare domains at deeply discounted prices. Next, I either have my web design team build a site and earn income from the site via adsense or the appropriate affiliate program (ebay, amazon, etc.) or I immediately sell it in the appropriate market for a 200% - 1,000%+ return on investment.

Now what is a rare domain. A rare domain usually has 1 or more of these characteristics: 1) short .com domains - all the 3 character .com's have been gone for over 3 years so their value has jumped over1,000%,  - all the 4 letter .com's have been gone for about a year and there value has already jumped from $70 each up to $200+ each.  Remember this is without a logo, website, or anything.  You're just buying and selling.  However, after creating a website for each domain - at $50-$100 each with my web team, the value increases dramatically  because along with the Domain name value (pronouncable domains, domains over 3yrs old, short 4 letter domains, etc.), there is 2) Income value (value based on daily/monthly income), 3) Design and Website value, 4) Page rank value (site with PR of 3 or high rank better and you can sell up to 10 outgoing links from PR sites for $10-$30/mo each.

Summarizing what you get:

  • Transfer of all 6 domains listed above including the PR3 website..(hosted with godaddy)
  • All contacts and lists related to buying and selling the domains + rare trade secret buying/selling strategy.
  • Exclusive web design deal with my web team for custom websites - min. 10-15 pages each. We well also build seo keywords list, meta tags and site descriptions for all sites. During this time you should open up a google adsense acct or whatever affiliate will make the best match. Lastly, we will integrate your adsense code or affiliate codes into all the sites.
  • 7-10 hrs. Additional training and support.

So you want to start an internet business where you can work at home and make tons of money? The first part is easy to do. The tons of money can be accomplished but it isn’t easy. It is just like a real job. It requires hard work, dedication, research, and commitment to see it through.

What do I need to get started? You need to decide what kind of internet business do you want to start. Do I want to buy wholesale and resale it retail? Do I want to do affiliate marketing where I recommend products and earn referral fees? How about drop shipping? I can sell products and not have to stock them. The possibilities are almost endless for those who want to work at home and start an internet business.

What do all these business opportunities have in common? They all need a domain name and web hosting. What is a domain name? A domain name is your business name on the web. You have heard of the .com, .net, .org and also .tv and .biz. The most popular is the .com. I am not trying to discourage you but when you go to find a .com name you will be surprise at how hard it might be. There are thousands of domain names that have been registered by someone and are not in use.

You can pay lots of money for a domain name or you can go to some of the leading Domain Name Registrar and get a cheap domain name. They are very reliable source. They also will offer lots of other services but hosting is available elsewhere that I personally consider a better deal. I also use both services. For some folks it makes sense to buy your name from a registrar and host your website there. One stop shopping. For myself, I found I prefer to buy my domain cheap and then host elsewhere. Just check out there services and do compare.

Now you got a domain name but you also will need a place for web hosting. You can find places that will host your web business for as little as $3.99 a month. However, if you plan to have more business, then you will want to consider a plan from a hosting company that allows you to have unlimited domains names (depending upon the service level). The advantage of unlimited domain names enables you to "add domain names" websites without having to pay a monthly hosting fee for each site. Several good companies exist where you host an unlimited domain hosting starting around $9.95 a month. It is easy to find the leaders providing this type of service. This is a good deal. I have found the service to be reliable. If you need support, make sure the hosting company has a good record in providing accurate support in a timely manner.

If you are ready to start your work at home business or be a work at home Mom, then the internet provides an excellent way in which to get started. You got to have a domain name and you will need hosting. Without these two, there is no sure way to truly be online

Internet Coach Reveals All

According to survey, a whopping 80% of those who attended Internet marketing seminars do not have any ideas of what to sell.

This is no brainer if you are able to find out what does your target market want using online research tools (most of them are free). You will need to use different tools for different countries. For example, the tools we use for the UK market is different from the US market, or the Hong Kong market, or the China market.

In the past, Overture keyword research is one of the most popular free online research tool. However, this tool can no longer be used. Instead, you will need to open a pay-per-click account with Yahoo search marketing before you can use its online keyword research tool.

These tools enable us to find out not just how many searches for keywords are done per month, but also the popularity of different types of products under the same category. For example, if you want to sell jewelry, you need to decide to sell which type of jewelry, e.g diamond, silver, gold, fashion jewelry etc. Before you decide on this, you will need to use the online tools to find out which type is in highest demand online.

Once you identify the type of jewelry with the highest demand online, e.g fashion jewelry, then you can do sourcing online using search engines, dropship directory, and B2B portals like alibaba.com.

The physical products we are selling include N95 Masks or Bird Flu Masks, e1Net wireless rechargeable mouse, e1Net Skype ready Headset microphone etc

These tools are equally applicable for other business models such as:

1. Sell services

You can also use the Internet to sell and/or promote services, and even get customers from overseas. For example, we regularly got customers engage us from overseas to offer Internet marketing services to help them promote certain products in a particular country.

E.g. one UK university hired us to do email marketing to get people to visit their exhibition booth in Taiwan. Another popular shoe brand in Europe engaged us to do search engine marketing for their stores in Japan, which resulted in their sales increase by 180% within 3 months!

Another highly successful eOneNet Internet marketing coaching graduate is Alice Sy, who is now running a very successful online domestic helper agency in Hong Kong, www.1maidhk.com . Although a local website, she’s also getting customers from Spain, Bahamas etc.

2. Sell Software

This is a very lucrative thing to sell, as once you paid for the development costs, you pratically have little costs in selling the software online. Our software includes the DIY SEO Site Builder and web audio recording software.

Another highly successful example is Christopher Tam, who has made US$36,000 within 2 months of launching a new website, at www.klantcrm.com, selling CRM software. I believe he will be the next Internet Millionaire before the end of this year.

There are at least 5 more making money models online, some of which can be made auto-run.

Risk of Investing in domain names

All of us buying domain names for several years now can share a few stories on the satisfactory return on investment that we’ve had. Nevertheless, when considering investing in more domains (or simply holding to the ones you already own) there are some factors to evaluate on the durability and appreciation of those assets. The following are potential domain investing scenarios where the asset could depreciate in value:

* Internet market consolidation - In a mature Internet market consolidated into a few dominant leaders, there is a possibility of encapsulating the user (think of AOL) into a user experience controlled by the roles set out by those leaders. In this scenario, users could be led to a new form of browsing dominated mostly by “proprietary” keywords owned by influential players.

* Excess domain supply - Opposite to an Internet market consolidation, in the event of an open Internet with relaxed domain extension creation protocols (read ICANN) the market could become saturated with domain extensions. In this scenario domain supply goes ad infinitum. When users have the availability and Internet knowledge to browse through .whatever, then whatever.com could lose value.

* Increased user knowledge - Many of the wealthiest domain investors rely on type-in traffic at generic domain names as its major source of revenue. The current user, unaware of the existence or nonexistence of a website is wrongly trained to type in the topic they are searching for and add the “.com”. Thus, owners of generic term domain names are currently earning millions of dollars from this practice. These domain names are usually resold based on yearly earnings multiples ranging in average of 8 to 15 times. However, as users grow more tech savvy, there’s a possibility that the type-in water well dries up.

* Widgets and applications - Similar to the first point, as Internet widgets and applications proliferate user browsing behavior could change. A user that interacts with the Internet through a collection of widgets and applications could reduce its dependence on traditional domain browsing (think Facebook apps).

* Evolution of television - currently, there are powerful companies pushing for the creation of an interactive television experience, studies show that users are ready. Depending on the extent to which televisions supply the tools for browsing the Internet, users might find themselves interacting in a whole new way detached from the need of domains.

* Liquidity - Domain names have very low liquidity. As a result, investors facing an urgent need to sell their domains will most likely see a huge decline in the selling price from the actual domain worth. This by itself reduces greatly the amount of investors and investment money available by traditional and wealthier investors.

The constantly evolving Internet technology poses many more risks in the way a user interacts in cyberspace. A recent example of how a domain extension’s viability was seriously questioned is the .mobi extension in response to the launch of the iPhone and the way the cellphone allowed for regular browsing, rather than limited mobile browsing.

When deciding to purchase a domain name as an investment, the investor should consider the above factors and understand that domain investing is a high risk investment with a strong chance of having a relatively low durability.

Know Internet Marketing...

The internet is known for its capacity to link to information, quickly and accurately—the information superhighway as many have called it.

People usually use this tool when searching for information; either technical or simple information, like for instance a store’s opening hours or the symptoms or cure for a certain disease.

As what Tash Hughes, one of Save Time Online owners and a professional writer, stated, the internet became the portal of information for the busy people. There you can find loads of information, guidelines for parenting, gift buying, advices and links like in business, energy conservation and so on.

But through time, people are not just interested in linking to information on the internet. Now, there are numbers of them who would also like to join the course of internet marketing.

If you are one of these people, one of your best recourses again to orient yourself on the flow of the business is the INTERNET. There are sites in the internet that can coach you to make your journey in the internet market a remarkable success.

Truth is the success in internet marketing is not just all about the products that you are selling. The primary step to succeed in this field is to consider your target market. Who they are? About how many they are? Is your target market enough to give you a good profit?

The internet offers different products, as well as different services, and all of these can do very well on the internet. Medical equipment, medicines, dating services, diamonds, jewelries, airline tickets, books, CDs, wedding services, steel, and the list goes on.

However, most often, people dwell on the things that are best sold in the internet. But the product is not actually the key to succeed in the path to internet marketing. Although it is a part, it is not the thing that determines the triumph in the business.

The real determinant of success is the buyer. So, to whom are you selling the product? Who is your target market really?

Corey Rudl, the one whose website earns 2 million visitors, gets in sales 5.2 million dollars annually and by himself he makes a hundred thousand of dollars from his online dealings. Everything comes from his lone small office.

He had given 4 simple steps to succeed in Internet marketing, those are:

• Look for a large and easy target market.
• Fit your products or services according to the wants of the market.
• Develop a great sale.
• Back end.

Base from his suggestions, the primary focus is not the product, rather it is the market, and the product just comes next.

Do not stress yourself by thinking of the product that will sell best, or something that can be easily produced with a corresponding little cost. Find first a good market, and then the product that market wants.

Corey also added a concise but powerful statement if the product does not reach any market people, he said “Dump it and get it over!”

This kind of situation has a sole cause, people who join in the internet marketing business usually focus on the products and services that are too hard to launch. The best way for you to get away from this is too lessen your attachment from your own ideas.

IM Fasttrack

With each new Internet Marketing (IM) Guru, there comes a minor evolution in the field. While some only tweak an established rule, others, like Stone Evans of Plug-In-Profits (PIPs), completely revolutionize the industry.

With PIPs, Stone Evans has created one of the most complete systems in IM, allowing even 'newbies' to go into IM and earn a living in a relatively short time. How does he do it?

His system is an all-in-one, do-it-yourself IM plan, including:

-- A free site
-- A list of reliable affiliates
-- A Free ezine campaign
-- A forum for up-to-the-minute news and professional exchange
-- A practical course in the most current marketing techniques
-- A practical cost factor

While there are some charges involved (start-up costs average about $75, with maintenance of less than $25/month), these are minor compared to the potential income. Most of all, these costs allow even the most part-time person to have a potential income in the industry.

Of course, more charges can be added. But, while these are encouraged (sometimes strongly), they are not required. Such extras include upgrading to a professional auto-responder, buying leads and solo ads.

But information about all of these fee-based advertising products are included along with ideas for free advertising. Because one of the most valuable parts of this system is its "30 Days To Success" portion, which reads like a primer for Internet Marketing itself.

"30 Days To Success" explains each portion of internet marketing and includes many valuable links to follow up each portion of the instructions. Strictly followed, this 'primer' will virtually launch a successful IM career on its own.

And, because Stone Evans knows how fluid the IM world is, he is constantly updating and revising the whole PIPs system. In fact, he has recently created a completely revised edition of "30 Days..." which even seasoned PIPs marketers are anxious to read.

Other IM Gurus may try to replicate what Stone has done. In fact, it's inevitable others will eventually find some new way to streamline the process even more. But for now few (if any) systems are as complete and offer as much for those interested in starting-up an online business

Marketing Experts...

Since instigating proper SEO techniques I have seen my web site visitors increase by over 1500%. My conversion rates have also gone from a meagre 0.5% to a very healthy 8%. How has this been achieved? By following seven simple guidelines which have not only seen my visitor figures sky rocket but also the web sites position in the major search engines has gradually improved until it sits on page one for all the important search categories and many surprising ones also.

So what are these seven basic rules I have followed?

1. Develop as many pages as is possible all with good and different content on. The content should be different but obviously related. The content should be written for the visitor not for the search engines. It has to be good sales copy because you are trying to sell a product or a service virtually in an instant so it must grab the attention of the visitor..

2. Develop reciprocal links with related sites. They can be in exactly the same field as you if you are providing a service so long as they are situated away from your area and not directly in competition with you. Do not worry about the page rank of these sites as it is more important that they are relevant to yours service. If you have products which are sold worldwide then it is not quite so simple and you will have to link with sites that have some relevance but not a direct one, otherwise you would be linking with your competitors.

3. Place your link in as many directories as is possible. Most are free and do not require a link back but even if they do it is of no consequence. Do it. Some may require a small fee. It is entirely up to you whether you are prepared to pay this fee. Be careful however because you could end up paying out large sums in total if you do not keep a careful check on the monies paid out. Be selective.

4. Do not direct all your links back to the homepage. Spread the links around the relevant pages.

5. Write articles and submit them to the article distributors. This will give you an ever increasing number of backlinks to your website as the articles get picked up and published on weblogs, websites and ezines. You could find a good article ending up in some very surprising places.

6. Develop a weblog alongside and as part of your website. If this is updated daily then you will ensure that the search engines regularly visit your site and pick up all the updates.

7. Add additional content to your website at least once per week. Do not allow any of your web pages to remain static for any length of time. Even minor changes are good.

All of these things enacted together should see your site climbing through the rankings. As the site progresses towards the first page you will see an ever increasing number of visitors arriving at your site. How many of those are converted into customers depends entirely upon the strength of the copy on the pages and whether it is enticing people to become your customers. It is utterly pointless having many hundreds of visitors to your site if they all depart without interacting in some way with your content.

Afraid of Marketing Online

It’s no wonder so many business owners have the ultimate desire to employee a marketing director. There are so many different means and methods to marketing a company to the public it can be difficult, at best, to mange them all and run a business.

There are certain elements that share a commonality between traditional marketing and online marketing, but there are elements to Internet marketing that may seem foreign to the sensibilities of a traditional marketing specialist.

Some of the more common themes are news items such as press releases that encourage the news media and interested individuals to keep up your firm’s latest news. There is also the general commonality of simply getting your name in front of people. The differences often come in the ‘how’ and ‘why’ of marketing and not the ‘what’ and ‘should’.

Most businesses understand the need to get people tuned into what their business is doing. Long standing brick and mortar marketing principles would suggest traditional media outlets such as newsprint, radio or television as obvious choices. While these media outlets certainly have a place in marketing, the bulk of successful Internet marketing happens online.

Marketing for the web requires an understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques along with linkable connections scattered throughout the web. What this means is that every time you post on a blog or forum you should make sure a link to your business is included in the signature box. This also means you ask business associates to consider placing a link to your site on their websites.

One of the most cost effective means of advertising your online business will be Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising. This is one of the smallest advertisements you will ever see, but they are highly targeted so you have the best chance of reaching prospects that can be turned to customers.

Internet marketing may also mean developing knowledge-based articles or ezines that can readily connect with your customers. Many site owners have either personally developed articles or hired a freelance writer to produce an ebook on the subject of their business that can be passed along to members of their site either through autoresponders or as part of an opt-in membership. These members help you establish a mailing list online. List building techniques include offering a freebie to customers and often result in a very low cost means of growing your contact list.

Internet marketing is vitally important to the establishment and growth of your ecommerce site, but it may require learning a new language and developing new marketing skills. If you can’t afford a marketing specialist you can still learn the skills needed to grow your site into a premier online ecommerce destination.
